– non-personal data, including: the names of your songs and albums and the artists associated with them; the year your recordings were made/released; the name of the individuals or entities that own and control the rights to the songs, albums and/or artwork delivered to MusicAlligator. Such information may be used, in particular, to track how albums and/or songs are being sold for rating charts.
MusicAlligator may also set up a system that allows you to purchase and/or send gift certificates or links to any content or services to other MusicAlligator users, family members, friends or contacts. To this end, MusicAlligator may require personal information about the recipient, only for the purposes for which it was collected.
Personal data collected by MusicAlligator from third parties:

Your personal data is primarily stored in the European Union by MusicAlligator or its hosting providers. It may also be hosted in other countries, at any time in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that, without prejudice to the governing law of the Terms of Service and/or the contract between you and MusicAlligator, the processing of your personal data is subject to French law.

MusicAlligator operates worldwide and has teams located in many countries to ensure the best possible service. 3.4 How long does MusicAlligator keep your personal data?
MusicAlligator will retain your personal data until your MusicAlligator account is terminated, provided that you have not requested deletion in accordance with section 6 below.
Please note that some of your data may remain in our records even after your account is closed (for example, to confirm the use of the services, to process third party claims within the applicable statute of limitations, etc.
4. PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
MusicAlligator will take appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data from theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. MusicAlligator has used and will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information.

In addition, MusicAlligator will restrict employees’ access to databases containing personal data and impose confidentiality requirements on employees who need to know such information.
You will be given the freedom to create a username and password that only you know to protect access to your MusicAlligator account. To further protect your information, you should change your password frequently and only use a browser that supports SSL encryption.
5. TECHNICAL INFORMATION (IP addresses, cookies and others)
As with many websites, MusicAlligator websites and apps register your IP address and use a standard technology called cookies (or similar client-side data storage technologies), which are small data files that are downloaded to your computer or device when you visit MusicAlligator properties. If you use the MusicAlligator service from an account, you warrant that this account is your personal account or an account to which you have authorized access and you are authorized to manage and administer.
6.2. You defend and hold harmless MusicAlligator from any and all claims or actions arising from a breach of section 6.1 above.
6.3. If MusicAlligator runs community-based services (such as message boards, blogs, instant messaging, etc.), please note that any information you share through one of these services is visible to other users and may be seen, collected and used by other members. MusicAlligator is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit, and you are solely responsible for any content you post there.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
7.1. MusicAlligator may change, modify or otherwise update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently.
